This data is processed by viaduct OG and then forwarded to railOn (travelGreg e.U.) to create a personalized travel offer. 3. Data Storage and Deletion

The submitted form data is stored on servers of viaduct OG within the European Union. Storage takes place for a maximum of 7 days to ensure secure transmission and allow for possible follow-up inquiries. The data is then automatically deleted. RailOn subsequently processes the submitted data independently in accordance with RailOn's privacy policy.

4. Server Log Data

The web server automatically collects and stores technical information such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, and time of access. This data is not attributable to specific individuals and is used solely to ensure the technical operation and for error analysis.
